Tour / Rental Booking Form
With your signature on the booking form you accept these terms and conditions. The booking, a binding contract between AdMo-Tours and you, becomes valid with the written email or fax confirmation by AdMo-Tours. Please read the terms and conditions carefully.

Reservation
All bookings require a valid credit card in order to be processed. Upon confirmation of service your credit card will be charged the agreed and acknowledged prepayment. The amount of prepayment for motorcycle rentals is approx. 10% to 60% of the expected rental cost (given by local provider). All dirtbike rides require a 30% pre payment and each tour package require a $ 350 pre payment. This prepayment secures your rental bike and/or a place on the tour. 
Payment
We accept, Visa, MasterCard and AMEX credit cards. The balance for tours and dirtbike rides can be paid by credit card, US check or cash. 
Balance
The balance is due before the service starts. In many cases for motorcycle rentals the balance can be paid by pick-up in credit card, some local rental providers require advance payment up to 5 weeks before the rental starts. For dirtbike rides the balance is due the day of the ride in cash or US check or 5 weeks prior in credit card. For guided tours the balance is due at latest 6 weeks prior tour starts. If the total balance is not received in time, AdMo-Tours reserves the right to treat this reservation as cancelled and the cancellation fee applies. 
Rates
Fares and quotes published are those in effect at time of printing. If cost factors, including but not limited to international currency fluctuations, motorcycle availability, insurance, hotels, meals, etc. dictate the need for fare increases AdMo-Tours may do so at any time prior to the balance due date before departure.

Guarantee of availability
Upon prepayment you will receive an invoice (voucher) via email or fax. This is the confirmation and guarantee of availability of the booked service. Rental motorcycles are provided as part of the tour package or as mediation for personal rentals. In most cases of motorcycle rental AdMo-Tours acts as broker and can not be held reliable if any requested service is not fulfilled from the local rental station. AdMo-Tours and its partners / contractors reserves the right to substitute the requested rental motorcycle at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. AdMo-Tours strives to ensure that you ride the motorcycle you are confirmed on. Unfortunately, at times, certain unexpected and uncontrollable situations arise, this includes, but is not limited to, mechanical failure, collision damage and theft. Should AdMo-Tours not be able to replace a confirmed motorcycle with the confirmed type or similar, a pro-rated refund for the difference in service will be refunded to participants. This constitutes the maximum liability of AdMo-Tours.

Change of reservation
For each requested change (date, duration or model of rental) made after rental was confirmed and invoiced a charge of $45 will apply .Exceptions to this policy can not be made for any reason other than flight times. (might fluctuate depending on rental location and changes made) 

Release and Waiver
By pickup of any rental motorcycle the renter has to sign a contract and release waiver with the local supplier. Every participant of a motorcycle tour is required to accept and sign a release and waiver form before the tour start. AdMo-Tours and its partners / contractors cannot accept any tour participant without a duly signed release and waiver form.

Cancellations and refunds
- Rentals: Cancellations received more than 31 days prior to pick-up will be subject to a fee of 15% of the rental price or in the amount published with your invoice; 30 days or less prior to rental date - 55% of the rental price, but not less than $350, and not to exceed the cost of the rental;  3 days or less 100% of the rental price. 
- Tours: Cancellations received more than 42 days prior to departure will be subjected to a cancellations fee in the amount of the prepayment or in the amount published with your invoice. Cancellations received less than 42 days prior to departure will be subject to the following of tour cost; 41- 20 days 25% of tour cost; 19 – 10 days 50% of the tour cost; within 9 days 100% of the tour cost. 
- Refund: Prepayment may be put towards future service. Cancellation fee may vary based on the amount recoverable from outside contractors. Exceptions to this policy cannot be made. Any unused prepaid services such as prepaid mileage and/or accessories cannot be refunded. The rental period is not interrupted due to the inability of a renter to ride or for any other reason. 
Damage Deposit
A damage deposit will be held on the renters credit card or has to be placed in cash with the rental center, at the time of hand-over of the motorcycle, at the beginning of the rental period. The amount of this damage deposit is (in most cases) equal to the amount of the deductible of the vehicle insurance, if comprehensive insurance is provided. This damage deposit will be refunded upon return of the undamaged motorcycle. During the rental AdMo-Tours and its partners / contractors are not obligated to replace a damaged motorcycle.

Tour Cancellation
In this case the customers will be notified forth with. AdMo-Tours will refund their payment in full, which will constitute the full settlement. AdMo-Tours is not liable for any additional costs or losses incurred by the tour participant due to AdMo-Tours cancellation of tour due to lack of participation. This includes, but not limited to the cost of pre-paid airline tickets, hotel reservations or automobile rentals. Situations may arise which, in our opinion, make it necessary for us to cancel, advance or postpone a scheduled tour, change itineraries or make substitutions regarding hotels, cities, tour guides and other travel arrangements. In that event, we do not assume responsibility or liability for any resulting losses, expenses or inconvenience. Your full tour price will be refunded if the tour is cancelled prior to scheduled tour start date. AdMo-Tours is not required to make refunds once tour commences regardless of the reason for participant being unable to complete his or her tour.
Price of tour includes
The items included in the tour price are listed with the tour descriptions. The vacation tour prices includes hotel accommodation in double or twin rooms. Single tour members will be paired up with others unless they indicate on the booking that they want a single room and pay the single room supplement.

Price of tour does not include
All items not mentioned as included and all items of personal nature.

Room allocation
A limited number of single rooms are available at extra cost on a first- come, first served basis, but availability cannot be guaranteed. AdMo-Tours will attempt to find a room mate for riders not specifying single room on their booking form.

Baggage
AdMo-Tours assumes no responsibility for loss, damage, or delay in delivering baggage to tour participants. Baggage turned over to AdMo-Tours for transportation each day is done so at participants own risk. Baggage insurance is recommended.

Minimum tour participants
Up to 20 days prior to tour start AdMo-Tours can cancel a tour, change the service included or increase the rate, if less than eight (8) riders have booked and fully paid at that time (this does not apply for individual rentals and dirtbike day rides).  

Own Motorcycle
When customers brings own motorcycles for use on a guided tour or day ride, no motorcycle insurance is provided by AdMo-Tours.
Agents and Representatives
AdMo-Tours agents and representatives represent AdMo-Tours, but are not a party to this contract. Nor are they responsible or liable for failure to provide any service as may be described in our literature pertaining to the contract.

Alterations to tour schedule
Some tours operate on seasonal basis and where seasonal variance and / or weather conditions cause changes in the tour routing and accommodations, the itinerary will be adjusted accordingly and alternate hotels, restaurants and roads will be used.

Weather conditions
AdMo-Tours strives to schedule its tours at a time of the year, when the weather in the touring area is usually pleasant for motorcycling. Many tours pass through areas, where weather conditions can change very fast and significantly. AdMo-Tours cannot be made liable for unpleasant and unsuitable weather conditions and no refunds are made for such conditions.

Verbal changes
Verbal changes of contract are invalid unless confirmed in writing.

Printing- and calculations mistakes
AdMo-Tours reserves the right to correct printing errors or calculations mistakes at any time.

Traffic laws and travel regulations
If the customer does not comply with traffic laws or the requirements for group travel, the contract may be cancelled by AdMo-Tours and the rental motorcycle secured.

Passport-, Visa-, Driving- and Health
The customer is responsible for complying with above regulations and all consequences resulting from non- compliance.

Insurance
AdMo-Tours recommends that you take out adequate travel, health and accident insurance as well as trip cancellation insurance.

Responsibility
AdMo-Tours is responsible for providing the services listed in the tour description according to the local standard and the accurate description of service offered in its literature. AdMo-Tours is selecting carefully and is constantly checking its contractors, such as hotels, etc.. AdMo-Tours is responsible for conscientious travel preparations. AdMo-Tours is not responsible or liable for any accidents. AdMo-Tours reserves the right without prior notice to withdraw any part or all of a tour to make such changes as may be necessary and the extra cost, if applicable, resulting there from, shall be paid by the customer. Furthermore, it is agreed and understood that the owners, operators and agents of this service, including AdMo-Tours are not guardians of any customer’s safety and they, individually or collectively, cannot be held liable in any way for any occurrence in connection with the tour, which might result in injury, death or other damage to the client, his property, or his family, heirs, or assigns. AdMo-Tours is not responsible or liable for a delay occurring from the rental station failure to deliver the motorcycle on time. The liability of AdMo-Tours as tour- operator is limited to a total of two times the tour price irrespective of the title/claim. AdMo-Tours is not responsible for any delays, changes, in schedule or other conditions.
