This tour is a motorcyclist's dream, the ultimate fun on two wheels! Starting in Munich, we will take you down challenging roads across the Austrian alps, penetrating deep into the Dolomites of Italy. See the medieval city of Salzburg before we take you through the modern ski resort town of Cortina in Italy. Ride your rental motorcycle on back roads that wind through the depths of remote canyons to the tops of the Dolomite mountains, where you have access to over ten high alpine pass roads all in one day!

Dolomites Motorcycle Tours

Enjoy well maintained paved roads with tons of turns and switchbacks through motorcycle heaven! The daily mileage and the difficulty of the mountain passes will be chosen according to your wishes and driving capabilities.

Passengers are welcome. Riding two-up can be a blast for any experienced motorcyclist. We suggest that you don't select the biggest and heaviest motorcycle, as the roads are very narrow! A support vehicle will carry your luggage, and it can also accommodate some passengers. Relax each evening in comfortable 3-star hotels.

DAY BY DAY

Dolomite Tour: Germany, Austria, Italy

Day 1:
Arrival at Munich Airport / Germany, Subway to the Hotel in Downtown location. Stroll to the Glockenturm & welcome dinner with introduction.

Day 2:
Munich - Salzburg (160 miles)
Pick up rental motorcycles and take the German Alpine Road to Berchtesgarden. Cross the border to Austria where we spend the night in Salzburg.

Day 3:
Salzburg - Cortina (195 miles)
Ride curvy roads across the picturesque high Alps including Postalm, Grossglockner, Poecken Pass. We will cross the border into Italy and spend the next night at Cortina, one of the most famous ski resort towns of Italy.

Day 4:
Cortina (optional riding day)
Today's ride is motorcycle heaven, with 10 of the best Alpine Passes in the Dolomites! This is one windy day throughout some of the most awe-inspiring landscapes of Europe. Enjoy the evening in Cortina with plenty of shopping and entertainment options.

Day 5:
Cortina - Seefeld (220 miles)
Ride back north across Penserjoch, Jaufenpass and Timelsjoch. An unforgettable ride! If you still have not had enough switchbacks and windy roads, take some detours out of the Oetztal. Seefeld is an other highlight, a beautiful town, developed for the Winter Olympics years ago.

Day 6:
Seefeld - Munich (170 miles)
Ride across Fernstein Pass to Neuschwanstein, the castle of King Ludwing featured at Disneyland. More curves are waiting for you along a part of the German Alpine Road. Curious about the top speed of your bike? Let's take the German Autobahn for some miles before we drop off the motorcycles in southern Munich.
