Itinerary
Day 1:
Today, our tour guide will pick you up from Perth airport, if you have not arrived in Perth earlier. After having gotten your motorcycle and having received the introduction into the vehicle, you can overcome the jetlag at the pool. The motorcycles will, of course, also be ready for a first tour through or around Perth.
Day 2:
325 km (202 mi)
Our first destination is Bunbury. On our way there, we will drive past Wellington National Park. Our first day already adapts the relaxed Perth lifestyle.
Day 3:
298 km (185 mi)
On this day’s tour to Pemberton, you should not miss the opportunity to visit one of the many national parks we will drive past. Here, the west shows itself in unusual colours.
Day 4:
288 km (179 mi)
You will not see the wood for the trees this day - welcome to the Valley of the Giants. Wherever you look, just giant trees. Shortly before Denmark, where we will stay for the night, we will have the option to experience the Tree Top Walk to get an overview over the forest of the giant Karri trees.
Day 5:
420 km (261 mi)
Actually, the distance from Denmark to Albany is a lot less than 359 km, but to show you the beauty of the Stirling Range National Park and the blowholes of Torndirrup National Park, we will do a little detour today.
Day 6:
387 km (240 mi)
On our way to Hopetoun, we will get our first offroad experience. We will reach the sea at Bremer Bay and then head towards Fitzgerald National Park. In the afternoon, we will reach the old whaling town of Hopetoun, which is picturesquely situated at the sea.
Day 7:
196 km (122 mi)
Esperance is our next destination, where we will also have the next day off. On our way to Esperance we have, again, built in some detours, which will take us to the sea and back.
Day 8:
Today, you will have enough quiet to work through the recent impressions when walking on the beach. Our tour guide will probably warmly recommend Pink Lake or Cape Le Grand National Park and other attractions of this region.
Day 9:
330 km (205 mi)
From this day on, we will leave the sea and the giant trees behind us for a while. The outback will greet us with a first “hello”. The deeper we go into the outback, the more red the landscape becomes. We will stay overnight in Hyden, only 3 km from the famous Wave Rock, which is a must-see.
Day 10:
381 km (237 mi)
Our next destination is Kalgoorlie-Boulder. This beautiful city is the last fortress of civilisation before entering the vast desert of the Nullabor Plain. The first 150 km of the total distance of 380 km today, we will drive an excellent gravel road, which has a lot to see to the left and right.
Day 11:
Kalgoorlie has become famous for its gold mines and the remnants of humans searching for gold. Today, you will have theopportunity to explore this 'playground' for giant excavators. Our Tourguide will assist you planning your day with tips for must-do's and if you are lucky, he will reveal his favourite café.
Day 12:
556 km (345 mi)
The longest daily stretch on this tour will take us to Sandstone, which lies in the middle of nowhere and can only be reached via a gravel road. But, no worries, even if driving through a ghost town on our way, in Sandstone real outback life is back.
Day 13:
497 km (309 mi)
The outback will be our companion today, before finally reaching Geraldton in the afternoon, where the Indian Ocean will be at our feet again.
Day 14:
200 km (124 mi)
After giant trees and outback, the next days will be dominated by endless beaches and easy-going in Kalbarri, which is only a short drive from Geraldton.
Day 15 & 16:
372 km (231 mi)
Day 15 takes us to Denham where we will stay for two nights. In Monkey Mia, not far from our accommodation, the famous dolphin feedings take place. But the peninsula has much more unforgettable attractions to offer.
Day 17:
408 km (254 mi)
Hoping to get you unglued from Denham, we will head back for Geraldton today.
Day 18:
219 km (136 mi)
Today, the last offroad kilometres, which will take us directly along the Indian Ocean, are waiting for us. Tonight, we will stay in Cervantes where we will have enough time to enjoy the indescribable landscape.
Day 19:
236 km (147 mi)
The last exciting kilometres of a great tour lie ahead of us. This evening, we will be back in Perth. But before retiring tonight, we will celebrate the last evening.
Note: We reserve the right to make changes.
